Upgraded from Office Pro XP to Office Pro 2003. When Outlook opens I receive multiple instances of error "CiceroUIWndFRAME: No disk in Drive" followed by "Outlook.exe: No Disk in Drive Device/harddisk3/DR6".

I just downloaded Outlook 2001 but before I start it up it's asking questions I have no idea about. It's requesting for me to type the name of my mailserver and mailbox - "Microsoft Exchange Server" and "Mailbox Name." What do I type in these fields? Thanks.
