Is there any way to completely eliminate the ability for end users in my company from creating .PST files of any format
I do not see this as an option during the custom installation wizard

I can send one email at a time OK but when I  choose
a "contact" in the adderess book that has multiple email addresses
I have no success in sending - says something about SMPT and timing out.

I was wondering if there was a setting in outlook 2003 that asks me before I send an email, "if I want to send the message from the desired acct". I have several email accts and sometimes I send an email from the wrong account. I would like to prevent this.

How do I disable the Preview Pane for all users in Outlook. Group Policy? I loaded the .adm files for 2000 & 2002 but there are no options for Preview Pane. Registry Hack? Microsoft, we need this info. It is a requirement that wedisable this in our environment.

When you click on Address Book, and then Contacts, it shows all entries that have an email address and/or a fax number entered in that contact.
We only want those with email addresses to show.  is there a way to not have fax numbers show
