I have Office 2003 Professional from the rollout event. It says that the CD "also includs Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003" [BCM] and other items. I have found everything EXCEPT BCM.

We have MS Office 2000 Professional. The mailmerge link to Word from Outlook is not functioning due to "communication problems" according to the error message. How do we set up the Outlook Address book in Contacts to establish the link to Word. Thank Janet

I downgraded a user from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2000. Outlook is connected to an Exchange 5.5 server. Now everything appears to work fine in Outlook 2000 but when the user exits Oulook appear to exit but it just hangs
