I tried a post here and no joy. I was going to post something to the online help from MS but it will not accept my product ID number (and yes, it is a REAL copy of Office direct from the big MS itself Can anyone suggest other options on getting problems resolved?

We have installed Office Professional 2003 with Outlook . I have set up a signature file and when I write my email cannot insert the signature as it doesn't appear as an option under Insert Signature. I have used this on previous versions without any problems.
