I get mail but there is no received mail folder. I am losing most all old mail. I often need to search in old received mail. I recall saying something like save all received mail when I installed Where is all my old received mail. How to access. Thanks, Carl

I have just upgrade to Ofiice Pro 2003 from Office XP. Each time I open Outlook - windows installer start and keeps running until timeout. When I cancel, window installer start again.
