upon doing a reinstall of Windows 2000, i was able to import the email messages from the old .pst just fine. but what i can't import are the email account settings, rules, autocorrect, etc. is there a way that i can import these settings?

How can I turn this off in Outlook 2003? When I click "never send a response" under tracking options, it still sends a response if the sender is from within the company. Is this an "improvement" over previous versions, or is there something I'm missing?
