I just reinstalled Office2K on a Win2K, and the Rules Wizard no longer appears in Outlook. How do I get it back? I've tried Tools>Options>Advanced>Add-Ins, but it doesn't work!

I just installed Office XP Pro and while my contacts and settings seem to be there, I can't open anything other than my Inbox. I can't send [Could not open item. Try again.] or open Calendar, Tasks, etc. (same message).

We are running MS Exchange Server and my mailbox and mail out of Outlook show up as "First X. Lastname" and I want them to show up as "First Lastname". I can not figure out how to change this in Outlook. I would have expected to change the replyto settings but I can not find them ...
