I am trying to setup up a new email account on a windows
98 computer running outlook 2000. When I go  to setup the
new account it brings up the internet connection wizard
instead of the choice between exchange, pop3 etc... I

This is regarding Outlook 2000 - IMO.  Recently, when I synchronize, outlook is unable to send out my emails.  They just sit in the outbox.  I am able to receive emails without any problem.  The error I receive...mail delivery failure...unable to connect to the server.

I upgraded my OS from Windows 98 to Windows XP.  
Everything appears to be running properly except Outlook.

Outlook 2000.  All is configured properly as far as I can
see.  On an XP machine, my incoming/outgoing mail servers
are entered correctly, username and password entered
correctly, and box checked to "save password" is checked.

How do you remove the bar located at the bottom of the navigation pane that has the shortcuts (folder list, calendar, etc.)? I have some users that would like to utilize all available space in Outlook 2003 in the navigation pane. Any help?
