I am about to uninstall Office '97 and install Office 2000 Premium. I would like to keep my Outlook Express folders and Contacts list. How can I copy these and import to Outlook once I've installed Office 2000 Premium?

Just upgraded to Outlook 2003. In previous version of Outlook 2000, I could view attachments w/in the message body & as a paperclip icon. Now all I can view is as an icon. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I get the following message when I start Outlook in Office XP. "The procedure entry point GetIMUS cannot be located in the Dynamic Link Link Library MSDART.DLL". I started getting this error message after doing a Windows XP restore.

I have several users using Outlook 2002 connecting to our Exchange 5.5 server. They often get a pop-up window that states something like "Outlook is retrieving information from the server <server name>." Is there anyway to stop this? My users are becoming quite annoyed.

I have set up Outlook 2003 and I can send e-mails but the incoming mail is going to the Comcast e-mail app. Comcast tech says they do not support OL2003. What is the fix?

I went through the steps in order to import my email from Outlook Express and I ran into a problem. it did transfer over any folders I had in a personal folder that I made but did not transfer any of the emails. Any advice?
