I have had to complete a Hard Re-Set onto my PC, which
has taken out the Outlook accounts.  I am now in the
process of restoring these but can't remeber what to
enter into the Server Info under Incoming and outgoing E-

When I try to send a fax usiing MS Outlook 2000, it asks me to try to install
from the MS Office Office Business Edition discs, but I have MS Office 2000
Premium, and it can't find it...  Why is it not asking for the right version,
or unable to find it on the Premium Edition?

I installed the PST Backup Utility to my Outlook 2002.  After download and
installation, I don't have a Backup option under my file menu.  I have
