I have had to complete a Hard Re-Set onto my PC, which
has taken out the Outlook accounts.  I am now in the

When I try to send a fax usiing MS Outlook 2000, it asks me to try to install
from the MS Office Office Business Edition discs, but I have MS Office 2000
Premium, and it can't find it...  Why is it not asking for the right version,
or unable to find it on the Premium Edition?

I have followed the instructions in the help but after browsing to the folder
where the mail files are (*.idx) i get a message saying "cannot open folder -
it may be in use by another application".  I have tried copying the files to
a new location and retrying but with the same ...

I installed the PST Backup Utility to my Outlook 2002.  After download and
installation, I don't have a Backup option under my file menu.  I have
uninstalled and reinstalled several times.  Any ideas?

    I keep receiving a virus infested email from the same email address.  I

How I can set up a Outlook to send SMS messages?

We have 60 users using Outlook 2003 using PST files. We want to prevent the
users from deleting the deleted items in the "Deleted Items Folder".
We do not have an Exchange server.
