You can do a search on Internet and I as well as others have had Outlook still running in back ground (task bar) and you cannot re-open outlook untill you Ctrl-Alt-Del and end the outlook.exe. I have spent hours on this and the only way i was able to fix it was do a

When opening MS Outlook 2002 I get an error message which says that file minet.ecf is missing or invalid. This doesn't seem to affect functioning of Outlook which I use for synchronising with an iPaq. How do I stop this happening

I accidentally installed Office 2003 on my re-hard-drived laptop, and uninstalled, then installed 2002 (2002 is what I originally had installed, so I could use the same activation key). All the other Office products are working

Can someone help me, I keep getting the above message whenever Outlook opens and it never happened before. It won't let me do anything or open it now. Because of this error, I can't sync my palm pilot.

We have 2 PCs--a desktop and a laptop--linked via a LAN. We would like to use the same calendar, address book, e-mail,... on Outlook 2003. How do we do this? Each PC has Outlook, Windows XP, lots of RAM, etc. Only rarely will the laptop be away from the LAN.
