I am running 98se with Office 2000Pro. I recently reloaded the OS. Before I installed Office, I ran windows update to get the latest security and 98 updates. I then installed Office. All the Office programs work fine except Outlook.

When I uninstalled Outlook 2003 and installed Outlook XP I get the error message "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook when I attempt to "Reply to All" in an email or add a new task to the Tasks. Any idea of a resolution?
