I have put a shortcut in the "Startup" folder to start Outlook at Windows
startup (is there another way?) but I don't want Outlook to launch, just run

How do I get my sent mail to go to my "sent mail" box and not stay in the

I just reinstalled Outlook 2003 after experiencing issues with '02 and it is
not starting at all. I have tried the detect and repair, the reinstallation,
and everything else I can think of. Every time I try to bring it up, I get an
error message saying that Outlook has to close ...

After having read many postings after attempting to
transfer files, I am doing a complete re-install.  Please
confirm that the following should work:
Install outlook 2003 on new computer, transfer PST file

I used to work off a Compaq laptop that has no burner or

I've been trying to get Outlook (office XP) running on a new computer. After
installing Office and launching Outlook the following error message appears...
Unable to open your default e-mail folders.
The .DLL file for the information service could not be found.

I would like to configure two accounts.. user1@company.com, user2@company.com
the first one should use user1.pst and second user2.pst. when I open my
outlook
I should get user1@company.com mails in user1.pst and user2@compnay.com in

How can I make Outlook 2003 use the current browser window when opening a
hyperlink - it currently opens a new browser window each time.

I am running Outlook 2003 via a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.  Simply, I need
to know if I can get my outlook client to alert me with a sound when a new
mail arrives.  I know this works in a Fat-Client environment but will it work
through my Terminal Services session?
