It is simply so counter productive to have these little windows that get smaller and smaller whenever I need information in my main office program files. I know how to use Alt+Tab. I don't need you erasing my windows real estate with these inane not productive screen stealing ...

What would I do in order to stop receiving duplicate emails? Is there anywhere I can go to view troubleshooting ideas? I have checked a few sites, but none has really "hit the bulls eye". Could you please assist me? Thanks!

I have a single machine that 2 users share. I have created 2 *.pst files, but Outlook uses the original. Is there some way that the Outlook pst file is tied to the computer logon (Windows 98). Thanks for any help.

I can't get rid of this dialog box, which pops-up any time I open a message (even without changing it!!) after configuring Outlook 2003 to use Word 2003. Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
