I have Outlook 2003 on windows XP Pro
I can receive but can't SEND from one of the 4 email accounts I'm using.  
I've checked "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." and "Use
same settings as my incoming mail server".  When I try to send a "Test

Right click then select "Delete" OR drag & drop OUTLOOK icon on desktop to
recycle bin results in "Confirm Delete" msg box.  Msg continues "The Outlook
Desktop icon provides special functionality and we recommend that you do not

I use Earthlink for my email and they require SMTP authentication.  I entered
the settings properly, but (about 1/2 the time) Outlook requires the password
to be re-entered before it will check for email.
Also, I often have to go into the email settings to restore my password,

I cannot convince Outlook 2003 to respect my clock settings under Windows XP
Pro.  Even though all Windows displays use the 24-hour clock, the calendar
function insists on showing the times in AM/PM format.
Anyone have a solution?

I have numerous signatures created for automatic use in my e-mails. I would
rather only add them manually (like who needs to send the same v-card to
fellow employees over & over?). Can't figure out how to get them there. I
sort of remember beign able to do this in an earlier ...

This is not a biggie, but a wish list item.  We have users who would much
prefer to put the reading pane in the middle and the list of messages on the
right.  I don't currently see any way to do that, but if there is a way
that's not too cumbersome, please, let me know.

I have 1 Outlook profile I am trying to setup to access 2 Hotmail email
accounts. I know this worked. I migrated to a new computer and cannot get it

I have been having problems with my Outlook program. I was able to send
emails, but not receive. I went to help and followed directions, however, I

My hotmail - MSN account, sends and recieves mail just fine.  I haven't been
able to set up Yahoo or gmail to do either although the error messages claim

Outlook 2003.  I tried customizing my Outlook "Go" menu to include the
NewsReader.  Unfortunately, in the process I seemed to lose the News
selection in the Go Menu.  Now when I go back to customize the Go menu, the
News selection is no longer listed among the available Go Menu ...
