When I start Outlook 2003 it asks for actext.dll file. I also run ACT! 6.0 and have just upgraded to Office 2003. Where can I find this file which I assume is a file that enables the two programs to work together in some way.

Outlook 2003 - default .pst file was bypassed and Outlook created a file called Outlook.pst and sent incoming mail there. After disk defragmentation the problem rectified itself. How do I access the mail in Outlook.pst. File Import from Outlook menu does not work.
