We're using Outlook 2000, awhile  back one of the user's Task  Reminders went
haywire, it  quit working, we've  tried everything but to no look it's look
like it's corrupted.  We thought if we switched  her computer with another

There are three pop3 email accounts set up in my Outlook version 2002 on a PC
running XP pro SP2.  Everytime I start outlook it forgets all my passwords
even when I click the remember password box.  It remembers it until I close
Outlook.  Is this an Office problem or WXP Pro?

When I start Micrsoft Office Outlook 2003, I have to manually check for email
messages by clicking the Send/Receive button.  The program usually
automatically checks email on startup yet doesn't in this case.  It DOES

I'm running outlook 2003 in cached mode.  I have two profiles, Home, and
Work.  Yesterday I noticed that I was getting Sync Error in my Work Profile.
The error is below:

It will not find the outgoing mail server, and I have added all the server
info correctly.  I also have Norton Internet Security running too.  Has
