I just upgraded from Outlook 02 to O3.  Can you help on resetting the
permissions in Outlook 03 to accept .mdb attachement?

When I try to open OL2002, it opens partially with a frame, buts its contents
are blank. I have to end it by going into the task manager and cancelling it.

What is the deal with "frmcache.dat" and Outlook 2003.   Since moving many of
