I am trying to work out how to grant someone permission to send as (rather
than 'send on behalf of') another user (meaning that the message sent will
literally display as being sent by person A rather than saying  'sent by B on
behalf of A').

As I have about 40 email acounts and I want to transfer them from my old PC
to my new one without re-typing them, how can I do? which files do I need to
back up or copy?
(it is not the outlook.pst file).

I am using Windows 98 and Office 2000.  When I click on Microsoft Outlook the

Each time a user logs on to my Windows XP SP2 computer, they receive a

I have two laptop PC using Outlook 2003 and MSN Outlook connector. Both PPC's
display a message when starting Outlook stating that MSN connector needs to
be updated. If I click 'Update Now', Outlook closes and nothing else happens.

I have no problems or errors while using Outlook.  When I go to close down
outlook, the message Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits remains on the
screen.   Even after waiting 20 minutes, the message is still there.  I must
