I'm using Outlook Express 6 on a new Windows XP Dell computer.  In the past,
when I clicked the enabled email address on a page it would launch Outlook

I can't install Business Conatc Manager.  Setup stops and says I must install
Outlook 2003.  It's installed and works fine.  Tried rebooting, nothing seems
