When I try to close Outlook 2003 it appears closed but is still running as a
background process. Outlook will not restart until I stop the running Outlook
process in Task Manager. I have tried reainstalling over the current
installation and detect and repair with no joy

Outlook 2003 doesn't shut all the way down when I exit Outlook.  ..
I have noticed that it also opens Word and it still runs in the background.  
I have unchecked the Word option under mail options but the problem still
exsits

Is there any way to print an email (not the attachment)
and have a reference that there is an attached file?  
Possibly the file name?

I am trying to get my daughter's Outlook files (e-mail, contacts, etc) out of
her desktop computer and put them on the new notebook we purchased.  I can
not find any .pst files (even when looking for hidden files).  Can anyone

I added the news reader to the go menu as per instructions. It worked once,
