I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003 and re-created email account with
Exchange server (it's Exchange 2000, if it matters). I can receive email and
see other people's Calendar just fine. But when I try to send email, instead

but when I right-click, the "Sharing" selection is greyed out.
