How do I configure Outlook so that it immediately checks for new mail upon startup? I was able to do this when I ran Outlook Express 6 by itself, but I can't find this option within Outlook. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002.

Bought a new computer and installed Office 2003 with Outlook. Then used WindowsXP "utility" to get all the data from my old machine to my new one. My email and other data came over to the new computer but I now have the following messages when I launch Outlook:
