I have a client who has Office XP (2002) installed. We upgraded his Outlook
to 2003 (from the Exchange server CDs). Now he cannot use Word 2002 as his
e-mail editor.
Under Mail Format, the check boxes for using Word as your e-mail editor are

Ok,  can understand the necessity of this, and I'd hate to think of some
people turning this off.  But, I want it OFF!  There was a program I emailed
to myself that I can't access at all.  I can't save it - all I can see is
this message in my tool bar.

What I want to do, is Have multiple users sign on the same computer and not
configure Microsoft Outlook the first time they use it.  That it will detect
there user name, using exchange, and know are mail server.

I have a big problem.
With Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2000 I receive an error's message,
trying to schedule a recurring meeting.
The message is:

I have been using Outlook 2002 for about year & 1/2.  Yesterday when I double
