I am new to Outlook and have decided to migrate from Outlook Express.  A
wizard appeared when I fired up Outlook, but I had to cancel the wizard a
few steps into it, due to an interruption (not computer).  I then tried
rerunning the wizard by double-clicking Outlook again, but ...

I understand the MSOCache is a Office Setup folder but
I thought Disk Cleanup would remove it. I checked the Office
Setup Files and ran Disk Cleanup but the folder remains with
some files .

I have a clock icon on my appointments and can not remove it.

How do I change the fields in a contact? ie: add field for zip code, or
change the field for Company to another name

I would like a Cc to myself with every email I send. Is there a way to set

My complaint is "I can send email,but I can not received email" and I have
talk to my provider and they say the problem is not on their end,so the

I have a private and a work account in my Outlook 2003.
Unfortunately all mails end up in the Inbox.
I would like to have the two mailaccounts show up as submenues when cliking
the Inbox so that I can seperate the mails.

anyone know how to to add an address book from another computer.  i  have
Outlook in another computer.  When we installed Outlook in a new computer, it
screwed up the address book.  It seems that outlook express is easier to work
with than outlook.

Recently got a new home computer with a three month Office XP 2003
trial. Now as part of my college license I can install Office XP at home
but they have not upgraded to Office 2003 but have stayed on 2002.
Installed, everything working fine except Outlook 2002 which says unable

I have been unable to install this update to my Outlook 2003.  I get an error
and it says that update has been unsuccessful (thanks for being so
specific!).  When attempting it with the full download I get an error 2902 -
ixfAssemblyCopy error.
