I have Windows XP and cannot find out how to make Outlook Express as my default. When I go to the Tools, Internet Options, Programs there is nothing in the mail section! I do I get Outlook Express in there? Thanks!

One of my users is having a problem with archiving. He archives different folders to different PST files - he has his reasons for doing this. One folder refuses to archive. I have checked the Autoarchive tab of the folder's properties and his settings are:

I use Office 2000 SP-3. I recently stupidly deleted my admin profile and although I've reinstalled Outlook from the disc and downloaded latest updates, I'm still having a bunch of problems with Outlook that I didn't have before this.

The help file explains how to set up newsreader. The choice "News" is not available under Tool Bar Options - customize. I have reloaded Outlook but to no avail. Any suggestion is appreciated.

We have not fuly deployed Outlook 2003 to all users yet. Everyone else is running on Outlook 2000. We are using roaming profiles and everyone moves around a lot. If a new user logs on to Outlook 2003 first, the 2003 profile is not

I copied my .pst file on to a removable media (DVD) before completely re-installing WXP and Office 2003. Now, when I try to have Outlook 2003 open this .pst file, it says that "[mypstfile].pst is not a personal folders file."

The above message has just started to appear when creating and forwarding an email in OL2003. I have applied SP1 to 2003 and applied all the latest patches to Windows 2000. Does any one know how to reslove this issue?
