I need an efficient way to transfer the contents of Outlook folders to a new PC. Copying an archive file which covers several folders and sub-folders via CD fails as the new Outlook says it is not a PST file or has not had certin unknown settings preset.

I just changed to a new server. I followed the instructions. I could send and receive messages. This time when I opened Outlook, the send/receive button appeared, then disappeared. I cannot send or receive messages.
