This is puzzling.  I have both my old and new computers up and running for a
few days until I'm confident I have all I need from the old computer
(running win98).  I deleted all my email accounts on my old commuter, which
like my new one (running XP) uses Outlook 2000 v.9.0.0 ...
I am missing Rules and Alerts in Tools.  How do I get it back?22 Jan 2005 04:04 GMT1
Please help.  I have copied my pst file from my old computer to my new one,
but I am missing the Rules and Alerts option under tools in Outlook.  I have
XP Professional and Office Small Business Edition.

I have checked out the content of the filters.txt file and it is too old and
misses many keywords.

I had previously installed Thunderbird for email which seemed to take over
everything.  I uninstalled it and reinstalled Outlook 2003.  I now am not
able to open hyperlinks that appear in email messages.  An error message

I have one machine on my network where the junk mail filter is not doing
anything. It is on a POP3/SMTP account and it doesn't matter if I set it to
Low, High or Safe Lists, all email goes straight through to the Inbox. There

get it to work. It tells me that it cannot connect to the exchange server.
