This is puzzling.  I have both my old and new computers up and running for a
few days until I'm confident I have all I need from the old computer
(running win98).  I deleted all my email accounts on my old commuter, which
like my new one (running XP) uses Outlook 2000 v.9.0.0 ...

Please help.  I have copied my pst file from my old computer to my new one,
but I am missing the Rules and Alerts option under tools in Outlook.  I have
XP Professional and Office Small Business Edition.

Within Outlook Express under File I can Switch Identities using Outlook for
more that one User Id. How do I switch Identities within Outlook?

I know the short way of doing this is to select Insert-Item, but I can't seem

anything. It is on a POP3/SMTP account and it doesn't matter if I set it to
