User forms in Outlook 200301 Apr 2005 00:35 GMT1
I have recently upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003.  In Outlook 2000 I set up
several simple message forms by selecting Tools/Forms/Choose Form... from the
toolbar, then typing a re-usable email message in the body of the form.  I
then used Tools/Publish to save the form.

I have Outlook 2003.  I recieve duplicate incoming email messages.  I have
downloaded the update and it is still happening.
2 pcs but want emails downloaded only on 131 Mar 2005 22:45 GMT2
Have 2 pc's networked through a router...one is a laptop(xp) and one an old
win 98 desktop.  I want to set up sharing so I can access emails from both
machines but have them downloaded only to the laptop.  How do I do this?

I have a custom client side rule I want to deploy to multiple users.
I looked at the customization wizard and the custom maintenance wizard, but
I don't see an option to create or import rules to deploy during install or
using a .prf.

My old email address (CyAndLako@hotmail.com) works perfectly in Outlook 2002.
But I formatted my HD last night and today when I go to set up my new email
address (livingmeansplaying@hotmail.com) I get  the error: Task'Hotmail:

I have installed O2K3. Then run the Custom Maintenance Wizard, specifying
the Preferred PST Mode as "Prefer Unicode PST".
In the Outlook Customize Profile area, I specify "New Profile" and in the
Add Accounts section where additional services can be added, one can add

We are using Outlook 2000 SR-1 (that's the way it is and that is that).  
Running Windows XP Pro SP2.
Archiving does not work.  We do not have quotas on the size of our mailboxes
(and my inbox is fairly small (under 100 MB).  I have AutoArchving turned on.

I have a management module that automatically posts mail to my users, yet
outlook does not allow this . I have to approve every mail individually.

2000 but now it will not recognise 2003 and Icannot find a definitive answer

Before I knew what I was doing, our techs upgraded a user's laptop from
Outlook XP to Outlook 2003.  Apparently, the computer was set up for offline
mode, so when we enabled 2003 Cached-Exchange Mode, the .pst was converted to

I have a PC with 2 profiles. If i do right click/send to/mail recipient on a
file using one of the profiles, i get Outlook 2003 (this is what i want).
Using the other profile, when i do the same i get Outlook express.
I've tried everything and yes, Outlook is the predefined mail ...

My Outlook (2003 Professional) messages are with empty contents (empty body
of the message) regardless of the source of the messages. No changes of the
security settings have effect on this situation. Where is the problem?
