In Outlook 2003 the preview pane will not render an HTML email with an
embeded CSS link in it properly. When I forward the email, it renders

I have set up my system from scratch. I opened Outlook 2003, found out  
where it stored the .pst file, and then copied my backup into this folder  
(and deleted the newly created one).
