any time I receive a email with pictures in the email they are removed, leaving a box with a red x in the top left corner. And the pictures are sent as attachements. is there a setting i must change in order to view the pictures in the email

From the other posts, I've tried to figure out how to import Netscape 7.2 mail messages into Outlook 2000, but have been frustratingly unsuccessful. I did not see a sure-fire process for the conversion listed here yet - is there one? Help!

I try to install the business contact manager for Outlook 2003.but during the installation i get an error message. Setup failed to configure server refer to the server error logs and setup error logs for more info.

I have Incredimail on my computer. When I installed Outlook it said "cannot open default e-mail folders". I am guessing this is caused by incredimail, but I have no clue how to resolve the problem. Can you please advise me on how to fix Outlook.
