I lost the main toolbar in MS Outlook 2003.  This is the toolbar with Tools,
Options, etc.  Know how to restore this toolbar?

I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 and having trouble setting up an
Exchange account with Outlook. On the setup screen I type the server name or
the server IP address. When I type the mailbox name and click on Check Name I
get the message 'Invalid Bookmark'

I have more than 60 rules in Outlook for sorting email.  I have an Exchange
2003 server, but since I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003, I can
only enable 16 or 17 of the rules.  The others will not run automatically,
even if I mark them all as local to this machine.

For some reason I am not seeing the "Resend this Message" option when I pull
down the Action option for an item in the sent messages folder. I have run a
repair but it still doesn't show as available in the menu. Any ideas?

I used to be able to Insert Items in Outlook Email messages and Calander
Events.  They would appear as an icon which I could click to open.
Since upgrading to Office 2003, I can't find that functionality.

Even though the info in my account settings is correct, when doing a quick
test, it comes back with an error message saying to check email adress field.
