I had a hard drive failure and I replaced the hard drive. I am able to
retrieve information from my hard drive but I cannot find OUTLOOK.PST on the
old drive. I can find a backup of the file but I thought there should be a

Each time that I open Microsoft Outllook I get a pop up window that tell me
that Outlook is starting in sofe mode to isolate problem and that MSN tool
bar will not work in safe mode, what does this mean and how can I correct
this misconfiguration?

During reparation of my installation of Outlook pro.msi
file is needed from original CD. I have three diferent
sets of installation disks of Office XP 2002, but there is
no such a file (only proret.msi) there.

I am not able to add any new porfile or e-mail account on my friend's
computer. While clicking on add new e-mail account, the options available are
all appearing disabled. Please help me in enabling those options. Might be
some registry settings.

Outlook always has worked fine using my POP3 and SMTP settings. Suddenly,
yesterday, it will receive messages but won't send them, saying it's timing
out trying to connect to my SMTP server. Should I reinstall? I tried deleting

If you start Outlook after turning system on, and then exit at some point
thereafter, Outlook does not finish closing.  process must be stopped in Task
mgr before re-opening outlook, and then it says that it was not properly
closed, and suggests safe mode.

How can I recover email and accounts from a drive out of a failed computer

When I click on "Customize Outlook Today" it does not open.  I believe this
