I have 2 eMail accounts set up in Outlook 2003 but they both receive their
new email in the same inbox. Is there a way to have them be separated into
different inboxes when I click send/receive?

I have copied a .pst and .pab file from my previous computer and save it to a
disc. so now i'm trying to open both file using the outlook in my new
computer but it can't read the file? Do you have any idea how can i open that
file especially the .pst file.

There is no "News" in the Go Command list to setup Outlook for the Newsgroup
reader. What do I do now?

I have multi years of data on my desktop but want to change to a laptop and

I pick "Test Account Settings" I get an error message
that says "Unable to send test message.  Please verify Email address field."
The address, username and password are all correct. It actually worked 1 time.

I have just installed Outlook 2002 as an upgrade to Outlook 2000.  I cannot
use Word 2000 as my e-mail editor.  
If I go to Tools/Options/Mail Format the "Use Word as my e-mail editor" is
greyed out and does not function.  This also means AutoText does not work

I have deleted all the rules  ..
But this is still happening ..
What else am I missing ??

When I try to open office outlook I get an error message - microsoft exchange
server is unavilable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this
action. I have Cox Cable service so I am always online even if I don't have
anything open at a given time. I don't understand ...

Our computer froze, and Gateway tech support had us reinstall the Windows XP
Pro OS.  They said we wouldn't lose ANY files, but it looks like email &
contacts are totally gone from Outlook.  Is there any way I can recover them?

Just upgraded to Outlook 2003. Cannot send or receive my mail from my
