I had installed Office XP into a user's computer. After configuring his
profile, he's not able to open ihs inbox. However, when I uninstalled Office
XP and installed office 97 with outlook 98, user is able to open his inbox
and read his email.

I share several computers and at times need to import both my inbox and
contacts and appointments into my laptop which has Outlook 2002 from my
