I use Outlook only for email. To reduce the size of my 1.3MB PSD, I deleted a large number of folders and documents in Personal Folders, including 400MB of attachments. I then ran Compact Now on Personal Folders (which executed very quickly), but the size of my PSD is still 1.3MB ...

I receive in using aol as my ISP email messages which state that the email message I have sent is to a bulk sender; this is not the case. Has anyone else come across this problem and has it been possible to resolve this problem?

As far as I can tell, it is impossible to start Outlook 2003 minimized to the system tray. I would like to put Outook in my startup folder and have the app launch minimized to the system tray ("task notification area"). (Note: modifying shortcut properties has no effect).

I am trying to get one of my workstations with Outlook2000 to connect to my Exchange Server but it seems to only have the choices for IMAP & POP - I have looked in the installation menus on the CD and even tried doing a repair install to no avail... anyone know how to get this ...

i went to install office 2003 on my computer and it won't intall outlook - says I have to uninstall outlook 2000 first. Why won't it overwrite everything? Also, it didn't overwrite other programs in office 2000 - just added office 2003. Shouldn't it upgrade what I have ...

Can I uninstall and reinstall Outlook only, without uninstalling/reinstalling all of MS Office? I'm running Outlook in Office 2003 under Windows XP Pro. Most of the time (90%) when I close Outlook, get an error saying it has encountered a problem and must close.
