Hi, after installing office 2000 for the first time in a new computer I wish to start Outlook but I get a message saying my "default email folders" where not found, which denies me access to contact, calendar, etc. and opens a view which only includes my default file folders.

I can't get Outlook to find the internet connection. My internet is running fine with all other programs. Even reloaded Outlook without sucess.

I just changed from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003 and when I download my e-mail messages from my ISP mailbox (comcast.net) any e-mail that is in HTML format appears to me as a blank message. I can't figure out what is causing this or what I need to do to correct it.

I am trying to get rid of IncrediMail but when I uninstall it my Outlook doesn't work -I can send but not receive emails in Outlook (after uninstalling IncrediMail). Help, this is driving me nuts and I do not want IncrediMail any more.
