When I right click on a mail folder and add it to my 'favorites', it does get added to the 'favorites' but when I close Outlook it is not saved. When I reopen Outlook, I have to right click and re-save again it to my favorites.

We have not had the opportunity to upgrade our server to Exchange 2003, but we do have started to implement the Office 2003. For the second day using the Outlook 2003, my information store has shut down unexpectedly 3 times. Is there any issue with Outlook 2003 and Exchange 5.5?
