What does "Synchronize Forms" at Send/Receive Groups in Office 2003 mean? I have an Exchange Server. I receive eMails directly into Mailbox. I use Exchange Cached Mode with OST.

I use a professional email ID account, with webmail, and pop3, but no smtp. So I use outlook 2000 on my win 2000 sp4 to download msges via pop3. But I cannot reply to my msgs from outlook because no smtp. So I have to go to the webmail, and then reply from there.

Every time I open Outlook, the toolbars I have selected to be displayed have been rearranged on 3 or 4 lines ... when 2 will adequately suffice and give the most screen real estate. This matter is also an annoyance in other Office (2003) applications.
