Anyone else have this problem? I synced outlook on 2 computers by copying the outlook.pst file. However, on the computer I copied it over onto, outlook is re-downloading some 1,200 messages! Does anyone know how to put a stop to this madness?

During first configuration I have choosen “Only internet e-mail”. When I want to reconfigure Outlook to work in the “Company and work group” mode (Tools->Options->Mail Services) button responsible for such process is blank. How can I activate this button?

I am migrating Outlook2000 to Outlook2003 using a custom11.prf-profile. (Excange2003 hosts all mailboxes, no POP3, no Hotmail, we only connect to Exchange mailboxes) One issue that I haven't solved yet is how to keep additional mailboxes

I have been playing with the Office Resource Kit and have configured a .prf file for our Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003 setup. The script works fine except for one small niggle. The profile is created and given a name, the exchange server is found and correct mailbox opened.
