How do I completely disable junk mail filter in Outlook 2003?

I have several users who have access to multiple mailboxes, including their
own.  Is there a easy scripting way for these users to add these mailboxes
without having to manually do it by going to MAPI profile and adding the
mailboxes?

I just want to bring in some additional e-mails form another user's pst
file.  (Don't worry, I have their permission!)
Anyway, if I import a pst file will it overwrite the data I have in Outlook
