When itry to set up outlook through controll panel to look at my exchange server i put in the server name, mail box name and then click check name the system keeps asking me to authenticate to the domain but won't accept my user name and password

I was told by my ISP admin to turn off my Norton anti-virus etc so I can send/receive my emails but I am still not having any luck retrieving my emails or sending them. Any ideas? I definitely could use the help. Thanks. Tim

I have two users that have a problem with their signatures in Outlook XP 2002. When the signature is created, everything looks fine. When the send a message, the email is received with double spacing between each line. Has anyone encountered this problem and is there a solution?
