Upgrading from outlook 2000 to outlook 2003.  Install asks me to remove
outlook 2000.  Will I loose all of my contact information and personal
folders?

My PC had a previous version of Outlook installed using Exchange Server. I
purchased and installed 2003 thinking I would be asked for email account data
and wasn't. How do I clear the Exchange Server from my PC?

I can't locate any personal folders or contacts in Outlooko 2002.

Here is my error message:
Task Receiving Error (0x8004210E): 'Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable
because another email massage is being delivered to it or another mail
application is accessing it.  The server responced: ERR box locked'

I want to set Outlook to default to a different drive and folder, so I can
save my data (contacts, calendar appointments, To Do lists, email, etc.)
separate from the application, in case I have to reinstall the operating

I have a problem while sending internal & external mail together. I have
exchange server 2003 but no fixed I.P. address so we rely on pop3 server.
