I mistakingly set up an Outlook account as a POP3 rather than Exchange and lost all email on the Exchange server. Is there any way to change back to Exchange and not loose the email I have from the POP3 configuration?

My computer received a virus and now Outlook will not allow me to click on a hyperlink embedded in the message body. It says that I must reinstall Outlook. Will I lose all my email messages and calendar appoints, tasks, etc? Should I them so I can reimport them? Thanks.

Since upgrading to Outlook 2003 SP1 - I no longer can readily see when new mail is routed to subfolder of my Inbox (using Rules) I inadvertently moved one folder inside of another and did not know I had a dozen message waiting! Embarrassing!

I am wondering if outlook can limit the size of an out going email. Or at least warn the person sending the email that it is large. Our ISP will not allow email larger that 10mb and outlook will keep trying to send the message for ever or until you delete message. Thanks

we are using exchange 2003 and outlook 2003. previously we had configured exchange type account but mail delivery was in local pst rather then exchange mail box. Rules are also created to moove mails in different folders of local pst.
