OWA is only displaying placeholder boxes, labels and fields. I see "Loading"

Our network server crashed and had to be reconfigured, however since the
reconfiguration we are unable to view the emails that were on the
workstations before the crash.  The email account is on the workstation not
the server.  The workstation did not crash.
