My web provider only accepts one SMTP server. But this SMTP server is not available outside my office. When I am outside the office (at home or in a business trip), I must change manually the SMTP server using the GUI of outlook. This is boring and not user-friendly.

After trying the trial version of Outlook 2003 and then going back to my Outlook 2002 I am all fouled up. 1) Each time it must install itself; 2) Send/Receive will not work;
