Is there a simple way to customize the Status list in Outlook 2003 on a
stand-alone installation?  I would like to create my own status list, rather
than use the built-in one.

I reconfigured my Outlook because when I replied to an email, it was returned
saying System Admnistrator, Unable to Deliver.  Anyway, now I have lost all
