I have been trying to understand the free/busy option for Outllok 2003 and am completely confused. We have 3 computers that we would like to be able to see each other's calendars to check each other's availablity before we schedule meetings.

I've instaled OL12 B1 and when I change to view the calendar OL12 crashes. I've unistaled Office 12 and reintaled it and the problem continued. I've cleared all the data from contacts and from calendar in safe mode, and it doens't crash when I change to calendar, but still crashes ...

OK old exchange server was SERVEROLD and new one is SERVERNEW (for arguments sake). The pc has lots of different profiles on it and I dont wanna manually change each profile to reflect the new server.

How can I get a new Clean install without assuming previous settings or pst file from previous installation? I've unnistalled Outlook and renamed the folders at documents and settings/ Aplication Data/Microsoft/Outlook and also at Local Setings.

I can connect via vpn, but when trying to connect to sbs 2003 server, i receive errors "trying to connect to server" "disconnected" "synchronizing folder" this goes on for ages but no mail is received.? I can however send mail.
