How can I give access to multiple users to the same emails downloded by
different users i.e. share the same mail a/c I download under my log in , my
partner needs access to the same mail but doesn't have it under her log in?

I need to configure 2 e-mail accounts (two seperate addresses and PSTs are
there)
for a single user's profile he has a roaming profile.

instead, it shows an empty space above the Outlook Folders List Buttons.

I am getting the error message that you cannot share the calendar when the
folder to be shared is on the Exchange server (which it is in my case).  Is
this an Exchange Server setting that is modifiable or will I have to make the
folders to be shared in the Personal folder.

I just bought a new computer and wanted to transfer my old computer's
inbox, sent mail and some folders that I created in outlook (with
emails that were originally in my inbox) to outlook on my new computer.

I have 2 emails configured in my Outlook, but only 1 (the default) gets
