Can ins files be created to chang outlooks configuration?

While I am in OUTLOOK, I am asked by it resign in and sometimes multiple
times or back to back.   Note: If I hit CANCEL, I get an error from OUTLOOK
and have to
exit and reenter.  This can be very annoying.  I am using MSANTISPY and

couldnt work I deleted office 2003 , now the outlook in office xp wont work

I am using outlook 2003 and exchange server 2003. I checked my emails on my
PC then logged onto another PC and there were no emails. How do I keep the
emails on the server so I can check them (and use the calendar) from several
PC's?

I have bought a new computer.  Installed Outlook 2003 on it and have import
